The “Taking Texas with Me”(TM) carries a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and mechanical operation. Damage or trauma to the pen is not covered by this warranty.
To utilize the warranty, send the pen to the address below, along with dated proof of purchase and $5.00 to cover shipping and handling of the repaired or replaced pen. Be certain to include a return address.

ORDERING
All of these pens accept the standard Cross(R)-type ballpoint pen refills. These replacement refills are black, medium point. The price of four refills for $9.00 includes standard shipping.
REPLACING THE REFILL
To replace the refill, pull apart the two sections of the pen, exposing the black cap on the end of the refill. Unscrew that cap by turning it counter-clockwise and remove it from the pen. Screw in a new refill and press the two sections back together.
